Data Entry - Contract

? We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Contractor to join our team.
? The ideal candidate will accurately source, input and update data across various platforms.
? This is a remote/temporary position with the potential for future project-based opportunities.
? Perform quality control checks to ensure the accuracy and integrity of the data.
? Organize and maintain files and records for easy retrieval and reference.
? Handle confidential information with discretion and in compliance with company policies.
? Communicate effectively with team members to resolve data discrepancies or inconsistencies.
? Follow instructions and workflows provided by supervisors or project managers.

Requirements: ? High school diploma or equivalent (bachelor's degree preferred but not required). ? Proven experience in data entry or a related field. ? Excellent typing speed and accuracy (e.g., 50+ WPM preferred). ? Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. ? Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and/or Google Workspace tools. ? Familiarity with data entry software or CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, ZoomInfo) is a plus. ? Strong written and verbal communication skills. ? Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. ? Experience working in a remote or freelance environment. ? Familiarity with data security best practices. ? Availability for flexible hours based on project needs.

Benefits:
? Hourly Rate: $16.50 - $20/ hour
? Anticipated Weekly Hours: 30
