Requirements
? High school diploma or equivalent
? Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar position
? Fast typing skills with exceptional accuracy
? Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular)
? Excellent attention to detail and ability to spot errors
? Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
? Good communication skills, both written and verbal
? Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work

Responsibilities
? Enter data into our database software and ensure the accuracy of the information
? Update existing data and remove any outdated information
? Prepare and sort documents for data entry
? Verify data by comparing it to source documents
? Generate and distribute reports as needed
? Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation
? Respond to and resolve data-related inquiries
? Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and accurate data management
