Job Responsibilities:
Provide courteous and professional assistance to customers via phone, email, and chat channels.
Address customer inquiries regarding prescriptions, insurance coverage, product information, and general healthcare-related questions.
Process orders, refill requests, and medication transfers accurately and efficiently.
Collaborate with pharmacy teams and other departments to resolve customer issues and ensure timely resolution.
Educate customers on available services, programs, and resources to meet their healthcare needs.
Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality and privacy standards.
Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to document interactions and track customer feedback.
Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity targets.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
Previous customer service experience in a call center or healthcare setting preferred.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to actively listen and empathize with customers.
Proficiency in navigating computer systems and utilizing software applications.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
