- What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide documentation of processes and configurations for the employer's SaaS products
- Deliver tier 2 support for application issues, identifying root causes and proposing solutions
- Engage in cross-functional dialogue for development prioritizations and client implementations
- Utilize SQL for data management tasks, including importing and exporting data
- Manage multiple customer support issues with excellent organizational skills
- What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum educational requirement: Bachelor?s degree or higher in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of SQL experience, including knowledge of select statements, complex joins, and data management
- Proven ability to provide positive customer service and effective communication skills
- Solid experience in data management using Excel, Access, and MS SQL Server
- Excellent organizational skills to handle multiple customer support issues effectively
- How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 3+ years of experience in a technical customer support or client support role, ideally as a Business Analyst or similar
- Knowledge of ASCII and EDI is desirable
- Familiarity with JIRA for project management
- Experience with MS Project or equivalent software
- Experience with SaaS delivered applications
