Customer Service Representative At Aetna ? Part-Time

What You Will Do:
? Provide prompt, courteous, and accurate responses to inquiries from members, healthcare providers, and internal stakeholders via phone, email, and chat.
? Assist members with understanding their benefits, coverage, and claims processing, ensuring they have the information necessary to make informed healthcare decisions.
? Navigate various computer systems to access and update member information, process claims, and resolve issues efficiently.
? Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex member concerns, striving to achieve first-call resolution whenever possible.
? Demonstrate empathy and active listening skills while addressing member concerns and inquiries, fostering positive relationships and trust.
Requirements: ? High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred. ? Prior customer service experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in healthcare, insurance, or a related field. ? Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong command of English grammar and spelling. ? Proficiency in navigating computer systems and basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. ? Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic work environment. ? Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to help others.
