Position Overview: As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing support and ensuring an exceptional experience. You will handle a variety of customer inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities: ? Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. ? Resolve customer complaints and issues, ensuring a positive customer experience. ? Assist customers with product or service information, troubleshooting, and order processing. ? Document and update customer records based on interactions. ?
