Customer Service Agent Fixed Term Contract
FIXED TERM CONTRACT UNTIL JULY 2025

Customer Services
? Positively manage existing customer enquiries and issues, to ensure first step resolution where possible.
? Have a proactive and consistent approach to dealing with customer queries to actively maximize all opportunities to protect and increase revenue for the company.
? Actively engage with all team competitions and incentives, to drive personal and team goals.
? Achieve individual minimum KPI levels - daily, weekly, and monthly.
? Provide feedback on the impact of changes to Process to the CC Manager
? Deliver exceptional customer service at all times, in accordance with the Customer Service Charter, and drive positive Feefo / Google reviews.
? Deal effectively with any customer complaints and resolve them to the satisfaction of the customer or escalate to the CC Manager where necessary.
Operations
? Keep accurate records of all communications with customers on the RS3 Cloud system, including answer services, emails, social media, and phone conversations.
? Ensure all reporting tools are correctly completed to the agreed timelines.
? Escalate any system issues that are reducing the department?s ability to run effectively.
? Escalate any issues raised by customers regarding customer facing technology ,such as the access points . Online Check in and my account.
? Provide suggestions and feedback to the CC Manager regarding improvements to systems that would enhance customer experience or improve activity.
? Assist CC Manager in identifying ways to improve department processes.
? Ensure all equipment such as Laptops, headsets etc. is maintained kept in good working order.
