? Content Moderator position for a leading global social media agency
? Ensure user-generated content is free of illegal, hate speech, and harmful content
? Moderate content in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of reports
? Keep gaming online communities safe and inclusive
? Review, moderate, and escalate content as necessary
? Follow client-specific guidelines and project schedule
? Operate in a KPI-driven environment

Requirements: ? Native-level US English ? Understanding of American culture and language ? Background in content moderation or online safety is desirable ? High level of resilience to sensitive or challenging content ? Tech proficiency in using digital tools ? Eager to learn and open to feedback ? Demonstrated commitment and reliability ?
