Client Relations Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

Coca-Cola European Partners is seeking a Client Relations Specialist to join our team in Jacksonville, Florida, US. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in client relations or a related field. As a Client Relations Specialist, you will be responsible for managing client relationships remotely from your home... office.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and meetings
• Understand client needs and provide solutions to meet those needs
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention
• Monitor client accounts and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely manner
• Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions
• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services to existing clients
• Provide feedback to management on client trends and market conditions
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client relations

Requirements:
• Independent and reliable with the ability to work effectively from a home office
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Innovative mindset with a willingness to take calculated risks for growth
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
• Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus
