Chat Support Officer

Job Description:

WeWork is seeking a Chat Support Officer to join our team in Austin, Texas. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Chat Support Officer will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat support. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a customer service role and possess a strong work ethic and drive to... succeed.

Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through online chat
• Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
• Conduct research to find solutions to customer problems
• Negotiate with customers to reach mutually beneficial outcomes
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Meet and exceed performance metrics for response times and customer satisfaction
• Continuously improve knowledge of products and services to better assist customers

Requirements:
• 3 years of experience in a customer service role
• Hardworking and driven personality traits
• Strong research and negotiation skills
• Excellent written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in using chat support software and CRM systems
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
