What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Provide exceptional customer service to callers while meeting performance standards
? Assist patients in navigating the managed care system and resolving inquiries
? Maintain up-to-date resources to support customer inquiries
? Coordinate special projects and events as directed by the supervisor
? Support the Call Center Team and internal departments effectively
What Is Required (Qualifications)
? Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
? 1 year of medical office or healthcare experience
? Experience with Epic software
? Familiarity with medical terminology
