Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and live chat inquiries from customers regarding printing services, product details, pricing, and order status.
Provide accurate information on products, services, and promotions, guiding customers through the selection and ordering process.
Address customer questions, concerns, and complaints professionally and efficiently, ensuring a positive customer experience.
Assist customers in placing orders, verifying details, and ensuring all necessary specifications are captured accurately.
Generate and send order confirmations, invoices, and shipping notifications to customers.
Qualifications:
High school or general equivalency diploma.
Strong attention to detail.
Basic computer skills.
Ability to prioritize and multitask.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $22.34 - $26.27 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
