- What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct inbound and outbound calls for health and wellness incentive programs
- Summarize calls accurately by taking detailed notes
- Address member questions and concerns, providing prompt resolutions
- Register members for wellness programs and conduct health assessments
- Manage multiple software interfaces for various wellness programs
- What is Required (Qualifications):
- At least one year of customer service experience in a call center environment
- Performance-driven with the ability to meet benchmark goals
- Comfortable with a high volume of inbound and outbound calls
- Ability to type at least 65 WPM
- Bilingual in English/Spanish is required
- How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience using software programs such as Five9 and MS Teams
- Proven ability to remain professional and composed during calls
- Excellent attendance record and punctuality
- Capability to work in a remote home office setting
- Experience in health and wellness programs
