What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Receive inbound sales calls and recommend appropriate storage solutions based on customer needs
• Overcome objections to secure reservations for storage units
• Assist existing customers by answering inquiries, processing payments, and resolving concerns
• Make outbound calls to follow up on rental reservations
• Meet personal and team performance targets as assigned by supervisors

What is Required (Qualifications):
• Customer-centric mindset with a sales-driven attitude
• Strong verbal, phone, and email communication skills
• Proficient computer skills
• Ability to build relationships with customers and team members
• Capability to multi-task and work in a dedicated, distraction-free workspace
