Job Description: Position: Assistant to Chief Marketing Officer Location: Remote (India) Employment Type: Contract About the Company: Cancer Check Labs is on a mission to save lives through early detection. For more information, please visit www.cancerchecklabs.com Job Summary: Reporting to the CMO, the Assistant to Chief Marketing Officer will be responsible for: Job Responsibilities: ? Schedule meetings and manage calendars effectively. ? Coordinating with partners. ? Communicating and holding meetings with partners, vendors in the US via email and over zoom. ? Follow up on emails, prioritize correspondence, and maintain communication flow. ? Arrange travel, transportation, and accommodations for business trips. ? Conduct ad hoc research projects as assigned or needed by the CMO. ? Help in compiling marketing data. Benefits: ? Remote work opportunity. Schedule: ? Monday to Friday ? Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in marketing roles. ? 5-10 years of overall work experience. ? Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Key Skills: ? Excellent command of written and oral American English ? Experience, proficiency in communicating and holding meetings with partners, vendors in the US via email and over zoom. Preferred Skills: ?
