Job Responsibilities

Lead Generation and Appointment Setting:
? Identify potential prospects through web research and business directories.
? Initiate contact with leads through email, calls, and other communication channels.
? Schedule appointments for the sales team, ensuring alignment with their availability.
? Maintain and update lead details in CRM systems.

Collaboration:
? Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align lead generation activities with business goals.
? Provide feedback on campaign performance to optimize strategies.

Skills and Qualifications
? 1?3 years of experience in appointment setting or a similar role.
? Previous experience in an International BPO environment is preferred.
? Proficiency in internet research and lead generation tools.
? Familiarity with CRM and appointment scheduling software.
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
? Strong organizational and time management abilities.
