Responsibilities
? Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to generate appointments for the sales team.
? Utilize warm calling techniques to engage with potential customers and build rapport.
? Communicate clearly and persuasively to explain our services and value proposition.
? Negotiate appointment times that align with both client availability and sales team schedules.
? Maintain accurate records of calls, appointments, and client interactions in the designated software.
? Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of leads and follow-up processes.
? Continuously seek opportunities for improvement in outreach strategies and appointment-setting techniques.
Experience
? Previous experience in outbound calling, sales, or customer service is preferred.
? Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and effectively.
? Proven negotiation skills that lead to successful appointment generation.
? Familiarity with software tools used for tracking calls and managing client information is a plus.
? A background in business development or market research is advantageous but not required.
