What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Conduct inbound and outbound calls for health and wellness incentive programs
• Summarize calls accurately by taking detailed notes
• Address member questions and concerns, providing prompt resolutions
• Register members for wellness programs and conduct health assessments
• Manage multiple software interfaces for various wellness programs

What is Required (Qualifications):
• At least one year of customer service experience in a call center environment
• Performance-driven with the ability to meet benchmark goals
• Comfortable with a high volume of inbound and outbound calls
• Ability to type at least 65 WPM
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is required

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• Experience using software programs such as Five9 and MS Teams
• Proven ability to remain professional and composed during calls
• Excellent attendance record and punctuality
• Capability to work in a remote home office setting
• Experience in health and wellness programs
