Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our client?s team as an Application Administrator. In this role, you will perform entry-level application administration tasks remotely.

Key Responsibilities
? Utilize excellent typing skills (over 40 WPM) to perform data entry tasks accurately.
? Communicate effectively in English; bilingual in English and Spanish is advantageous.
? Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is required.
? Experience in tier 1 helpdesk support or triage will be beneficial.

Additional Requirements
? Must have reliable internet connectivity.
? Flexibility to work shifts between 8 AM to 8 PM EST, supporting various divisions.

Qualifications
? High School Diploma or equivalent.
