We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role involves direct interaction with customers to respond to inquiries.

Key Responsibilities: ? Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email or chat in a professional and timely manner ? Keep records of customer interactions, recording inquiries submitted as well as actions taken ? Maintain product knowledge to answer basic customer questions ? Work with other departments to resolve customer issues that require more than basic product knowledge
