Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
Assist with billing questions, claims, and policy information.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with empathy and efficiency.
Educate customers about Aetna's benefits, services, and digital tools.
Document all interactions accurately in the system.
