As a live chat assistant, you will be responsible for providing timely and efficient customer service through online chat on a business?s website and social media channels. Your duties will include answering customer inquiries, offering promotional discounts, and providing helpful resources and information. As a valued member of the team, you will play a vital role in creating a positive customer experience and driving sales.

Requirements

  • Valid U.S work authorization
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Be able to work independently. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. Have 5+ hours availability per week. Reliable internet connection.
