Workspace ONE, Mac Engineer
About the position CGI has an immediate need for a Workspace ONE, Mac Engineer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced team environment supporting one of the largest leaders in the secondary mortgage industry. We take an innovative approach to supporting our client, working side-by-side in an agile environment using emerging technologies. This position is located at a client site in Reston, VA. A hybrid working model is acceptable. We partner with 15 of the top 20 banks globally, and our top 10 banking clients have worked with us for an average of 26 years! Responsibilities • Monitor system performance, compliance and logging/monitoring • Collaborate with security and compliance teams to ensure endpoint protection and policy enforcement • Provide support for all Mac equipment - Apple laptops, workstations • Analyze and perform repairs to Mac system and operating issues • Troubleshooting methodology skills • Document incidents and problem resolutions carefully and accurately Requirements • 5+ years of relevant experience • Medium level of knowledge and experience with Apple MacOS Support and Troubleshooting • Broad understanding of MacOS Management tools • Experience supporting, using technology - VMWare Airwatch; Workspace ONE • Strong knowledge using BASH, Python scripting • Experience with Apple Business Manager and zero touch (DEP) enrollments • Experience with change management concepts, tools and implementations preferred • Excellent documentation, writing skills • Experience with ServiceNow desired • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task • Strong knowledge of ITIL Foundation.
