Job Summary As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our passengers, handling a wide range of customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner. You will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, utilizing various tools and systems to manage customer interactions, process transactions, and provide solutions. Key Responsibilities Interact with customers in a polite, professional, friendly, and efficient manner, providing solutions to their inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Issue, reissue, and refund traveler tickets, as well as book, ticket, and confirm flight reservations. Rebook travelers on oversold flights and during irregular operations, and perform traveler check-in and front seat assignment. Issue vouchers or coordinate with contractors for traveler hotel facilities, meals, and transportation. Perform traveler loading, including ticket lift or ticket lift/confirmation, and work door reader/scanner and related duties. Make boarding and flight door announcements, convey domestic/international flight records, and perform traveler administration flight close-out procedures. Accept, check, and tag travelers' luggage at destination points, full-service ticket counters, and premium ticket counters. Maintain a schedule of flight loading process, perform client assistance hands-on training, and process and complete credit card luggage exchanges. Assist travelers with self-service stand check-in and booth items handling at ticket counters, line lines at ticket counter stands and ticket counters, and clear/confirm international reports. Accept and initiate travelers' self-labeled bags at activation stations, and assist clients requiring special assistance or in-station. Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent required. Relevant customer service experience preferred. Bilingual language skills required in certain areas. Valid driver's license required by local authorities. Must satisfy FAA criminal background checks to qualify for unescorted access privileges to airport security identification display areas (SIDA), if applicable. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. Preferred Qualifications: Working knowledge of Sabre or other Traveler Administration Framework. Past face-to-face customer service experience.
