As a Supply Planner, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of our products to customers while maintaining optimal inventory levels. Develop and implement supply chain strategies to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products to customers. Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for optimization to meet customer demand. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast and plan production schedules. Analyze and interpret data to identify potential risks and opportunities in the supply chain. Proactively identify and resolve any supply chain issues or delays to minimize disruption to customer deliveries. Monitor and track supplier performance to ensure on-time delivery and quality of materials. Continuously improve supply chain processes and procedures to increase efficiency and reduce costs. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inventory levels, production schedules, and supplier information. Communicate regularly with internal teams and external suppliers to provide updates on supply chain status and address any concerns. Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in supply chain management to make recommendations for process improvement. Train and mentor junior supply chain team members to ensure a strong and capable workforce.
