Sr. BizDev Manager, Amazon Pharmacy

Amazon Pharmacy is dedicated to removing barriers to medication access for customers. The Senior Manager of Business Development will drive growth within strategic payer accounts, focusing on expanding relationships and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction. Responsibilities • Develop and execute account-specific growth strategies that align with Amazon Pharmacy’s and the client's business objectives • Lead RFP responses for expanded business opportunities and contract re-negotiations • Partner with product and technical teams to ensure our roadmap addresses strategic client needs • Create scalable processes and frameworks to support account growth and team efficiency • Serve as the voice of our key clients within Amazon Pharmacy, advocating for their needs and translating them into actionable insights Skills • 5+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience • Bachelor's degree • Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level • Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules • Experience in healthcare, preferably Pharmacy, PBM, or pharmacy-adjacent • Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations • Experience identifying, negotiating, and executing complex legal agreements • The ideal candidate for this role will have a Pharm.D or pharmacy tech certification • Sales and account management experience • Demonstrated history of growing existing accounts, increasing revenue YoY • Experience working across cross-functional teams and stakeholders including Operations, Marketing, Account Services, Tech, Product, Legal, and Compliance. • Demonstrate clear, concise, written and oral communication.
