Software Engineering Manager (Remote)

This role will involve leading talented Software Development teams responsible for the development of our HRIS software. The ideal candidate will bring a strong technical background in software combined with a proven track record of managing high-performing engineering teams. Responsibilities • Foster an inclusive team culture focused on innovation, continuous improvement, and engineering excellence. • Ensure adherence to software development best practices, including CI/CD, code quality, and observability. • Responsible for performance management and career development of a team of approximately 10 Software Engineers. • Organizing and managing timelines, which includes collaborating with BA, QA and development teams. • Actively contributing to code reviews, architecture decisions and process improvements.
