Senior Full Stack Data Analyst for Customer Experience Platform Development and Innovation

About the Role We are seeking an exceptional Senior Data Analyst to join our Customer Experience Platform team. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with product teams to understand customer behavior and inform our R&D efforts. Your expertise in data analysis will help us build a deeper understanding of our customers' needs and preferences, driving the development of innovative solutions that meet their evolving expectations. Key Responsibilities Partner with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, finance, and operations, to produce analyses, datasets, and data models that inform product development and drive business growth Develop a deep understanding of data from operational systems, such as CRM or ERP software, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement of reporting capabilities Design and prototype SQL queries to create datasets that support product, operational, and revenue reporting needs Build tools and dashboards to automate reporting and generate insights that enable the team to quickly and accurately assess product and process performance Proactively identify areas where analytics can add value, leveraging a "canary in a coal mine" mentality to stay ahead of the curve Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or proven experience in these areas) 3+ years of professional experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Data Engineering, or a similar role, with a focus on understanding user and behavioral data and its relationship to business outcomes Robust methods for QA data to ensure accuracy and completeness Strong SQL and data modeling skills Advanced knowledge of ETL and data pipelining practices Ability to disambiguate stakeholder needs and requirements, with excellent communication and collaboration skills Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Relevant work experience in a high-growth tech or SaaS company Experience using backend data from operational sources (e.g., Netsuite, Salesforce, RevPro / Zuora Revenue) Familiarity with tools such as Hex, Looker, Snowflake, Airflow, GitHub, AWS, dbt, and Python Knowledge of Financial and Accounting concepts, data, and reporting Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to possess: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to distill complex data into actionable insights Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams A strong understanding of data modeling and database design principles Experience with data visualization tools and techniques A passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies Career Growth and Learning Opportunities At blithequark, we are committed to helping our employees grow and develop in their careers.
