Job Overview: Key Responsibilities and Expectations As our Senior Amazon Brand Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, leading weekly calls, providing ongoing support, and driving progress towards their business goals. Your expertise in Amazon PPC, brand management, and product listing strategies will be instrumental in helping clients overcome challenges and achieve success. Lead weekly calls with clients, focusing on key projects and driving progress Provide ongoing daily support through Slack and Email to clients Help clients solve challenges related to our program's projects or general Amazon challenges Track client progression and regularly clarify their next steps Learn and execute our Amazon business consulting system and program Contribute to process improvements and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) creation Attend weekly training sessions and team meetings Essential Qualifications: The Skills and Experience We're Looking For To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a strong background in Amazon FBA, with a minimum of 3 years of experience. Your expertise in Amazon brand management, PPC, and product listing strategies will be essential in driving client success. Proven experience with Amazon Brand management; setting KPIs, tracking and optimizing results, driving bottom-line growth In-depth understanding of Amazon's algorithms, product listing strategies, and ranking tactics Amazon PPC experience; understanding of the bigger picture and technical hands-on experience Expert-level knowledge and full ability to navigate Amazon Seller Central Knowledgeable in Google Sheets and formulas Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on client success Strong project management skills with the ability to constantly prepare, plan, and update the next steps of client projects Preferred Qualifications: The Attributes That Will Set You Apart While not essential, the following qualities will make you an even more competitive candidate: A warm, friendly, and fun personality; ability to connect with clients and team members Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage tight schedules A willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges and processes A positive attitude and a great sense of humor What We Offer: Career Growth, Compensation, and Perks As a Senior Amazon Brand Manager at GNO Partners, you can expect a competitive salary with a performance-based model, offering unlimited earning potential.
