Salesforce Order Management Specialist (Remote)

Our customer is hiring a Salesforce Order Management Specialist — with at least 3-5 years of experience working as a developer, administrator, configuration specialist and/or integrator with cloud-based solutions. This is a contract-based position (1 year) with the possibility of extension. Candidates must reside in Puerto Rico or the United States; experience in telecommunications (Telco) companies is highly preferred. Requirements • Proven hands-on experience working with Salesforce Order Management System in roles such as developer, administrator, configuration specialist or systems integrator. • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, workflows, and data management. • Experience integrating Salesforce with other cloud-based solutions and third-party applications. • Familiarity with best practices in Salesforce customization, configuration, and deployment. • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions. • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. • Salesforce certifications are highly desirable (Administrator, Developer, or equivalent). • Experience in Telco industry is a strong plus.
