Salesforce Admin Remote - EST part time - 20 hours a week Working hours/Hour Per Day: 8 Hours per week - 20 Minimum Requirements and Wow Factors We're looking for a highly motivated Salesforce Administrator to take full ownership of our CRM ecosystem. In this role, you'll be the driving force behind optimizing Salesforce to boost sales efficiency and elevate the user experience. You'll manage the full CRM lifecycle-from gathering business requirements through deployment and post-launch support-while shaping our strategy around AI, automation, and data-driven selling. Key Responsibilities CRM Strategy & Technical Leadership • Administration & Optimization: Manage all aspects of Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.), including configuration, custom fields, page layouts, validation rules, workflows, flows, and security settings. • Cross-Platform Integration: Lead the evaluation and potential consolidation of our HubSpot and Salesforce environments to streamline lead generation and data flow. • AI Implementation: Champion the use of Salesforce Einstein and AI integrations with Gong to uncover insights, automate processes, and enhance seller performance. • Technology Management: Administer and maintain the broader sales tech stack, including Gong, SPIFF, Gear Set, Passage Technology, and Highspot. • Strategic Enablement: Proactively shape the long-term CRM and sales technology roadmap to drive productivity, cost efficiency, and faster deal cycles. Sales Enablement & User Experience • Translation & Implementation: Partner with Sales and Marketing leadership to translate business goals into scalable CRM solutions. • User-Centric Design: Build and refine Salesforce with a focus on simplicity, usability, and a seamless experience for end users. • Training & Adoption: Develop training materials, documentation, and onboarding programs to ensure high adoption and self-sufficiency across teams. • Support & Troubleshooting: Serve as the in-house expert for all CRM-related issues, providing hands-on guidance with minimal reliance on external support. Qualifications • 5 6 years of hands-on CRM administration experience, with deep expertise in Salesforce. • Familiarity with HubSpot or Booster is a strong plus. • Working knowledge of AI and its application within CRM tools (Salesforce Einstein, Gong AI, etc.). • Solid understanding of Sales and Marketing workflows, especially lead-to-opportunity management. • Experience with deployment and change management tools like Gear Set. • Excellent communication skills-able to clearly explain technical concepts to business teams. • Highly organized, self-driven, and comfortable operating with autonomy in a fast-paced environment.
