[Remote] Operations and Customer Relations Coordinator

The Operations and Customer Relations Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring seamless operations, managing sales orders, coordinating logistics, and collaborating with various teams to enhance customer experience. Responsibilities Entering and communicating sales orders + Sample orders in ERP + 3rd part warehouses + Chat tool Scheduling and coordinating pickups and deliveries with 3rd party warehouses + carriers + customers Partnering with Global Finance to support customer debt management, review past-due accounts, and update orders as needed Monitoring on hand inventory and allocating to orders based on priority Facilitating Ecommerce orders- processes and relationships- including Amazon Compiling customer feedback data to inform company strategy Partnering with Global Marketing team on company messaging Escalating customer feedback to the appropriate departments Observing, reviewing and analyzing processes to identify inefficiencies and areas where improvements could be made Designing and maintaining clear operational guides to ensure consistency of operations Skills Time management, prioritization and multitasking abilities Attention to detail and accuracy Great problem solving skills / Process Orientation Strong communication and interpersonal skills Quick learner Experience working in customer service preferred Experience in Ecommerce preferred Comfort and ability to work independently in a remote environment Benefits Health, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance plans 15 days vacation, 14 days paid holiday Employee share options scheme, available to all full time employees. 1 day paid leave to support a cause of your choice through volunteering or activism 401(k) retirement plan with company match Paid Parental leave policy Flexible working to meet the needs of the role Access to the Calm app Flexible CoWorking Spaces across the US Company Overview Minor Figures is a cold brew coffee that aims to make cold brew more accessible whilst upholding the quality and values.
