Approximate Weekly Hours • 10–25 hours per week depending on: • Number of clients • Coach availability • Weekly communication, check-ins, and program adjustments • Optional team meetings and continuing education Hours scale as your client roster grows. Coaches can increase or decrease availability based on performance and goals.
