[Remote] Marketing Automation Content Associate

They are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Content Creator to develop compelling content for digital and offline channels to support lead generation and member engagement. Responsibilities • Write and edit content for various formats including email campaigns, blog posts, whitepapers, video scripts, social media, and event collateral • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns that fill and convert the sales funnel • Develop content for both B2B prospects and health plan member audiences • Design simple visuals using tools such as Canva or Figma and collaborate with the junior designer for higher-fidelity assets • Apply SEO and UX writing best practices to ensure content effectiveness across platforms • Draft and iterate using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Jasper, Grammarly, and Descript to increase quality and speed • Participate in brainstorming sessions and marketing standups to align messaging and campaign goals • Maintain a consistent voice across NovaWell’s content library and adhere to brand standards • Utilize Hubspot for launching and managing campaigns Skills • 1–3 years of professional writing or content marketing experience, ideally in a B2B SaaS or healthcare environment • Proven ability to write clearly and persuasively for different formats and audiences • Experience or strong interest in using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Jasper, Grammarly, or Descript • Basic design skills using Canva, Figma, or similar tools • Portfolio or writing samples required as part of the application • Excellent collaboration and time management skills • Comfort working in a remote, fast-paced, mission-driven startup • Utilize Hubspot for launching and managing campaigns • Experience in healthcare, digital health, or behavioral health sectors • Familiarity with account-based marketing and/or lead generation strategy • Understanding of Hubspot, SEO, web publishing, and email marketing best practices Benefits • Comprehensive health benefits (Medical/Dental/Vision) • Retirement Plans • Generous PTO • Incentive Plans • Wellness Programs • Paid Volunteer Time Off • Tuition Reimbursement Company Overview • Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey is a company that provides health insurance products.
