The Instructional Designer will collaborate with faculty to create engaging online courses, guiding them through the learning design process and managing content development to ensure successful course launches. Responsibilities Collaborate with faculty to create unique and powerful learning experiences Plan highly engaging, scalable online courses, driving the learning design process Assist with various types of content development and provide project management to ensure work adheres to timelines and budgets Build each course in the platforms and run comprehensive QA on them to prepare for successful launches Coordinate corrections to course materials and revisions for future iterations of courses Skills Talented instructional designer Ability to collaborate with faculty Experience in creating engaging online courses Knowledge of learning science and advances in technology Project management skills Ability to assist with content development Experience in building courses in online platforms Ability to run comprehensive QA on courses Coordination of corrections to course materials Revisions for future iterations of courses Benefits Penn offers comprehensive medical, prescription, behavioral health, dental, vision, and life insurance benefits to protect you and your family’s health and welfare.
