[Remote] Global Project Manager, CMC & Supply Chain

Expedition Therapeutics is seeking a Global Project Manager to support small-molecule drug development programs, focusing on CMC and clinical supply chain. The role involves managing timelines, coordinating activities across teams in China and the U.S., and ensuring timely delivery of clinical materials. Responsibilities • Manage and track CMC project timelines across API and drug product development • Coordinate clinical packaging and labeling activities, including vendor execution and change management • Support global supply chain activities, including manufacturing, release, inventory tracking, and clinical supply planning • Coordinate import/export and cross-border shipments between China and the U.S • Serve as a key interface with CDMOs, packaging vendors, logistics providers, and suppliers • Facilitate communication between China- and U.S.-based teams, including meeting coordination and action tracking • Support preparation and review of CMC and clinical supply documentation for IND/CTA submissions • Identify risks related to manufacturing, packaging, or logistics and drive mitigation actions Skills • Bachelor or Advanced degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field • 5–8 years of experience in biotech or pharmaceutical development • Strong foundation in small-molecule chemistry, CMC, or technical operations • Experience working with external CDMOs • Familiarity with clinical packaging, labeling, and supply chain operations • Strong project management and organizational skills • Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Comfortable working across time zones and cultures • Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written) • Experience supporting IND-enabling or early clinical-stage programs is a plus Benefits • Opportunity to work on global drug development programs • High-impact role with cross-border exposure • Collaborative, science-driven environment • Competitive compensation based on experience and location Company Overview • Expedition Therapeutics is a biotechnology company that develops novel therapies for inflammatory and respiratory diseases.
