The Enterprise AI Pre-Sales & Innovation Consultant will lead AI-driven pre-sales initiatives, engage with clients to understand their needs, and develop proposals that demonstrate the value of AI solutions. Responsibilities • Drive the complete pre-sales lifecycle from opportunity identification to contract signature, focusing on AI-enabled autonomous control solutions. • Engage extensively in the sales process to promote next-generation AI solutions compared to traditional AI in the market as part of YWS offerings across enterprise and digital solutions. • Identify and qualify opportunities for AI-driven plant optimisation and productivity improvement. • Conduct technical discovery sessions with clients to understand business, operational, and enterprise challenges. • Write technical and commercial proposals highlighting unique value differentiation. • Develop compelling technical and commercial proposals demonstrating ROI, business value and differentiation against traditional AI solutions. • Lead proof of value initiatives and pilot implementations. • Navigate complex negotiations, addressing technical feasibility and commercial terms. • Collaborate closely with the Product teams for technology and commercial alignment and to understand pricing structures. • Build and maintain long-term client relationships and identify expansion opportunities. • Build AI practice capabilities, end-to-end support pre-sales processes, and project delivery through system integration with other solutions. • Deliver executive-level presentations and workshops to stakeholders across all levels. Skills • 10 + Years in Solution Consultancy, Technical or SME roles and Commercial Proposal Development in Process Control Analytics and AI Implementation Control • Strong domain understanding of the AI market in industries, including trends and competitiveness, especially for autonomous control • Manufacturing, Pharma and Enterprise segments related to productivity, energy and inventory improvement • Strong domain knowledge in plant simulation and an advantage with advanced process control knowledge to strengthen AI technology positioning • Ability to analyse and articulate ROI and build strong business cases • Strong commercial acumen in pricing, deal structuring and negotiation support • Experience with Agile methodologies and iterative solution or project development • Strong domain expertise across Process Industries, including AI optimisation for Building Facilities • Strong OT IT integration knowledge for connecting process business systems and enterprise layers • Excellent presentation capability combining technical and strategic perspectives to articulate business value • Strong experience engaging with business users, including C-level executives and plant-level users, with the ability to respond effectively and spontaneously • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering Control Systems, Process Engineering or a related field Benefits • Be part of a global leader in industrial digital transformation. • Work on next-generation AI technologies that are shaping the future of automation. • Collaborate with top experts in AI, operations and process engineering. • Opportunity to work on high-impact projects across industries and regions. • Supportive and innovation-driven work culture.
