[Remote] Enrollment Advisor

The Enrollment Advisor supports student recruitment for university partners, guiding prospective students through the application process and ensuring they receive accurate advice. Responsibilities Be skilled at identifying and understanding prospective students’ needs Use critical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving when working to identify the needs of each prospective student Engage in outreach to prospective students via phone, text and email, following expected cadence Through meaningful conversations, qualify new inquiries and applicants for degree programs and encourage timely application progression Be able to clearly articulate institutional offerings and differentiators, both to individual prospects as well as to larger audiences during virtual and in-person events Guide prospects through the application lifecycle from inquiry through deposit, ensuring that they receive accurate and ethical advice that is consistent with the university’s defined policies and procedures Lead with integrity and credibility, acting in the best interest of our university partner and their prospective students Skills A Bachelor's Degree (and possibly graduate experience!) 1+ years of higher education, admissions, recruitment, and/or sales experience is preferred but not required Project management experience preferred but not required A positive attitude coupled with grit, drive, and persistence Experience with and/or ability to manage multiple deadlines and projects Strong time management skills, resourceful, and can demonstrate a strong ability to work independently with little direction Benefits 401K + match, commission potential, and equity opportunities Our insurance plan offers medical, dental, vision, short- and long-term disability coverage, plus supplementals for all employees and dependents Paid Parental Leave Pre-tax commuter benefits 4 weeks paid vacation + 10 paid holidays + paid sick leave Access to mental health services like Headspace and Talkspace Annual education stipend for lifelong learning Growth - we pride ourselves on creating environments where employees can be themselves and grow within and around the company Company Overview Noodle is a network of universities, higher education leaders, providers, and students that support online and hybrid education programs.
