Join us in helping make an impact Job Description How you’ll be making an impact in people’s lives: • Undertaking Occupational Rehabilitation assessments including activities of daily living, home, worksite, functional, ergonomic, equipment assessments • Undertaking assessments relevant to your discipline to develop and implement effective rehabilitation plans • Designing and implementing intervention programmes using occupation to improve functional performance, independence and work capacity • Identifying barriers and designing, implementing and monitoring programs that support people to achieve maximal work participation • Understanding a variety of healthcare and rehabilitation funding schemes and empowering your clients to achieve their wellness and recovery goals • Liaising with clients, family members, funding bodies, medical practitioners, employers and stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes Qualifications What you bring to the role? • Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Physiotherapy • Registration with either AHPRA or ESSA • A genuine desire to make a measurable impact in people’s lives. • Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with clients and stakeholders. • A customer first mindset with a focus on quality outcomes. • Confidence working independently in the community. • Driver’s licence and vehicle required. • Eligibility for a working with children's check and police clearance.
