U-Haul International is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused PT Customer Escalations Phone Agent to join our remote team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for escalated customer concerns, ensuring that every interaction is handled with care, empathy, and professionalism. As a member of our customer service team, you’ll help resolve complex issues while ensuring a positive and satisfying experience for our customers. Key Responsibilities: Manage escalated customer inquiries through phone support, offering solutions to complex issues. Provide excellent customer service with a focus on resolving concerns efficiently and professionally. Ensure accurate documentation of all customer interactions and solutions provided. Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve customer issues. Stay up-to-date with company policies and procedures to provide effective solutions.
