About The Role We are seeking a detail-oriented, data-driven Marketing Automation Manager with deep experience in HubSpot to manage, optimize, and scale our email marketing and marketing automation programs. Required Experience • 5+ years of experience in HubSpot Marketing Hub (or similar MAP). • HTML/CSS for email editing required. • Strong understanding of email marketing, marketing automation, lead nurture, and “next best action” strategies. • Experience with segmentation, scripting languages, data types, logic constructs, data integrations, personalization, and lead scoring. • Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and data hygiene best practices. • Strong analytics skills with the ability to translate data into insights. • Excellent attention to detail, project management, and QA skills.
