- What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage complex calendars for three senior executives, ensuring efficient scheduling
- Arrange detailed travel logistics, including flights, hotels, and transportation
- Prepare and organize documents for meetings, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Proactively manage email inboxes and draft correspondence on behalf of executives
- Coordinate meetings and events, ensuring seamless execution of all activities
- What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role supporting senior executives
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective stakeholder interaction
- Proficiency in Google Suite, including Gmail, Google Calendar, and Google Docs
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment is a plus
- Proactive problem-solving and strong decision-making abilities
- Flexibility and adaptability to shifting priorities and responsibilities
