Provide expert guidance and advice to customers on Medicare eligibility and enrollment processes.
Stay up-to-date with current Medicare regulations and policies to accurately assist customers.
Conduct detailed assessments of customers' needs and recommend appropriate Medicare plans.
Utilize strong customer service skills to establish rapport and trust with customers.
Communicate complex information in a clear and understandable manner to customers.
Assist customers in completing necessary paperwork and documentation for Medicare enrollment.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and efficient customer experience.
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines when handling sensitive customer information.
Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and retention rates.
Attend training sessions and stay informed on changes in Medicare policies and procedures.
Provide compassionate and empathetic support to customers during their Medicare enrollment process.
Utilize problem-solving skills to address any issues or concerns raised by customers.
Meet or exceed performance metrics and goals set by the company.
Act as a subject matter expert and resource for colleagues on Medicare-related inquiries.
