Responsibilities
Client Outreach: Proactively reach out to potential clients through phone calls to introduce our insurance products and services.
Product Promotion: Effectively communicate the benefits and features of our insurance offerings to encourage interest and generate leads.
Customer Engagement: Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, answering inquiries and providing information to meet their needs.
Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments for interested clients to explore our insurance products further with our licensed agents.
Follow-Up: Maintain communication with leads to nurture relationships and guide them through the onboarding process smoothly.
Requirements
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills to engage with clients effectively over the phone.
Sales Experience: Prior experience in telemarketing or sales is preferred.
Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently in a remote setting and meet sales targets.
Customer-Centric: A strong focus on understanding client needs and providing exceptional service.
