Job Description
As a Flight Crew Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and comfort of our passengers during flights. You will work collaboratively with fellow crew members to deliver outstanding service, adhere to safety protocols, and create a welcoming atmosphere aboard our aircraft. This role is vital to enhancing the travel experience for all our customers.
Requirements
– Must be at least 18 years of age.
– High school diploma or equivalent required; some college experience preferred.
– Valid Passport and the ability to travel internationally.
– Ability to work irregular hours, weekends, and holidays.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Strong customer service orientation.
Responsibilities
– Conduct pre-flight safety checks and ensure the aircraft is ready for departure.
– Provide exceptional customer service to passengers throughout the flight.
– Serve food and beverages in accordance with Delta Airlines standards.
– Assist passengers with special needs and ensure their comfort.
– Handle emergency situations with professionalism and skill.
– Maintain cleanliness and organization in the cabin before, during, and after flights.
