Job Description
As a Cabin Operations Attendant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our passengers. You will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and comfort in the cabin, assisting passengers as needed, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellent service will contribute to the overall Delta experience.
Responsibilities
– Perform pre-flight and post-flight cabin inspections to ensure cleanliness and safety.
– Assist in boarding and deplaning processes, providing exceptional customer service to passengers.
– Maintain inventory of cabin supplies and report any shortages or needs to management.
– Assist passengers with special requests or needs, ensuring their comfort throughout the flight.
– Comply with all safety and security regulations as outlined by Delta Airlines.
Requirements
– Must be at least 18 years of age.
– High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
– Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.

Educational Qualifications
