Job Overview:
We are looking for a Remote Customer Care Specialist to support our customers through real-time, text-based chat. This role is a fantastic opportunity for anyone who want to work remotely while using their interpersonal skills to assist with product information, billing inquiries, and service questions. As a part of our customer service team, you will ensure that clients receive the highest level of care.
Responsibilities: ? Assist with Client Inquiries: Handle live chat requests for product details, troubleshooting, and account support in a warm and helpful manner. ? Escalate Issues: Transfer complex cases to the appropriate department when necessary. ? Manage Multiple Conversations: Attend to several chat requests simultaneously without compromising the quality of service. ? Provide Compassionate Support: Maintain a friendly and professional tone while offering clear and empathetic responses.
Log Interactions: Document all chat conversations and escalate unresolved issues as needed.

Available Schedules: Full-Time or Part-Time
Option 1: Monday to Friday (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST)
Option 2: Tuesday to Saturday (10:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST
