Customer Services Representive
Job Summary: As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers. Your role is to assist with inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience. You will handle a variety of customer interactions via phone, email, chat, or in person, demonstrating excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities: ? Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person. ? Qualifications: ? High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework or a degree is a plus. ? Proven experience in a customer service or related role preferred. ? Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. ? Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. ? Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism and patience. ? Proficiency with computer systems and basic software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, CRM systems). ? Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends if required.
