A. Duie Pyle currently has an opening for a Fulltime Warehouse Customer Service Representative in our West Chester, PA location!

Start Time : 8 : 00 AM- Monday thru Friday

? Respond to inquiries from customers
? Process orders for shipment
? Select carriers and call consignees for appointments
? Interact with CSR Teams and LTL carriers
? Follow up on daily shipments
? Miscellaneous clerical tasks as needed

Job Requirements :
? Good computer skills
? Good communication and interpersonal skills with excellent phone etiquette
? Excellent attention to detail with the ability to provide excellent customer service
? Good follow up skills; ability to resolve issues from beginning to end
? Ability to work Overtime and Saturday's when required
