Key Responsibilities
? Manage executive appointments and calendars.
? Organize and manage emails.
? Prepare presentations and spreadsheets.
? Handle social media management.
? Develop and implement workflows and processes.
? Research and recommend new technologies.
? Administer CRM updates and data entry.
? Arrange travel, including flights, cars, hotels, and restaurants.
? Assist with project coordination and event planning.
? Support with personal tasks as needed.

Required Qualifications

? A dedicated home office with a Mac or PC (including webcam) featuring a 1.0 GHz dual-core processor, 8 GB of RAM, and the latest version of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
? Reliable high-speed internet connection.
? Smartphone with email capabilities.
? A professional and quiet workspace.
Additional Information
? This position is a 1099 contractor role.
? Compensation ranges from (18 - )21 per hour, based on experience and skillset. Payments are made monthly based on contracted hours; hours and clients are not guaranteed.
? Background checks may be required before contract issuance.
